I see you, my love. Look up at Me.

I know what you are experiencing. I know you are in the darkest season you’ve ever walked through or thought you’d ever walk through in your life. 

I know you’re scared, wrought with fear, that you don’t know which way to turn.

I know your thoughts are loud, they seem scary, and you feel intimidated and controlled. 

I know that you don’t feel like you know how to do this…

I hear every tear that hits your pillow at night. I see you curled up into the fetal position, wanting to hide, to run away, begging Me to help you. Begging me, ‘tell me what to do and I swear I’ll do it.’

I know you think hope is lost, I know you feel like there’s no way out. 

That you will never recover. 

Those feelings and emotions are screaming at you, but I have something I want to say to you:

I Am, the Great I Am.

That decision you made, that unexpected thing that almost destroyed you, that wrong turn you took, that lifestyle you chose, it’s not the end of the road for you. 

It’s never too late, or too big for Me, my love. 

Your steps are ordered by Me, and My plan is not to destroy you, but to prosper you and give you hope; I give my children good gifts, not gifts of destruction, torment, or death. (Jeremiah 29:11, Psalm 37:23)

I knew you were going to do this before the foundation of the world, (Ephesians 1:4) and I created you, still.

I have been with you every moment in this place, I have never, nor will I ever leave or forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:6) I’ve walked with you, been with you in the fire, and not once did I take my eye off of you. 

I’ve been keeping you, keeping you from getting burned, keeping the waters from overtaking you. I have called you by name, you are mine. (Isaiah 43:1-2)

Do not fear, my love. Lean back into My hiding place of perfect love, and as the mighty rushing waters of My love overflows your soul, watch your fears tremble and melt away from it. (1 John 4)

Let Me be your Shelter, I will cover and completely protect you, (psalm 91) not as this world gives do I give (John 14:27). There are no holes in my foundation, there’s nothing I haven’t considered. 

I am the Lord your God.

Don’t be controlled by your thoughts, be controlled by Mine. My thoughts and ways are higher and better than yours, (Isaiah 55:8-9) I have equipped you (Ephesians 1:3) to take these thoughts captive, making them obedient to Me. (2 Corinthians 10:5)

Listen to Me. YOU are my child, my daughter my son. You do not have to beg me to help you. It’s my good pleasure to give you the kingdom. (Luke 12:32) 

I am not waiting on you to get it right, check all the boxes or get yourself together before you turn to me. 

I didn’t create the world, or send Jesus for a religion, for rules. I did it for a relationship, with you. 

I’m a family man, I love relationships, the daily walking together, good and bad, no matter what. 

I want to be your Source, your fuel.

Turn to me, now. In the mess, in the raw. 

Don’t be afraid to be real with me. I already know, I’m the one who knit you together in your mother’s womb, intricately and with precision and intentionality.

Know that I am helping you, get into my Word. 

It’s my love letter to you. 

It tells you who you really are, because of Jesus. I’ve sent Jesus for you, for YOU. 

He took everything on the cross, even your mental torment, being chastised for your peace (Isaiah 53:5) so that you can be free spiritually, mentally, and physically the moment you called on Him to save you.

You are right with me, right in my eyes, because of Jesus.

Stealing, killing and destroying stops now in your life. 

I’m not okay with the fact that my Child, my Created, my Beloved, my Masterpiece is so stuck. Life in abundance is here for the taking (John 10:10)—you must choose to take it.

Let Me teach you. Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened unto you. 

Why would I give you a stone when you ask for bread? Or a snake if you ask for fish? Good and perfect gifts come from me. (Matthew 7:7-11)

Be still before me, let me show you. 

Let me reveal who I Am. 

I Am Love, I Am your Daddy, and YOU are mine.

Come, Take my hand. Let’s go.
