I need to pause for one moment and make something perfectly clear.

My writings are mostly geared for the believers, the saved souls, those who have a relationship with Jesus, and are going to heaven.

All of them are produced from my walking with God, me tripping and falling down, having to let God heal me and help me back up, me learning and growing with the Holy Spirit.

Believer friends, please…

Whatever you read, whoever you watch, whatever preacher you listen to, whatever author you prefer, whatever insta slide or TikTok thing you view…

It’s on you.

It’s on you to search the Word for yourself.

It’s on you to rightly divide and understand with the Holy Spirit the context, the meaning of the scriptures are…

I would never knowingly try to say anything contrary to the Word and voice of God…and I don’t believe any other real Jesus follower would intentionally try to lead sheep astray…

Don’t just take it from me.

I have been completely guilty of doing this, personally… “well, my preacher didn’t teach me about that…why wouldn’t they tell me?”

Well, my question to myself that I had to ask, was this… “well, why did you try to find out for yourself? Why did you trust in man more than the Word of God and what it says?”

The Word will encourage you, but it will also teach you and train you if you’ll let it. It will highlight sin and redirect your error, or deceptions.

It’s on you to open your Bible and read it for yourself.

It’s on you to check the source.

Don’t do like I did, and read everything everyone else says and listen to what everyone else teaches and just take it as truth without knowing what your Bible says.

You have the same Holy Spirit living in you that I do, that your preacher does, your grandma, or your best friend.

They may have spent more time in His presence than you have, they may know Him closer, but the invitation is just as open to you, beloved.

God doesn’t have favorites. He’s calling out to you just like He’s calling on them…

Don’t take it from me.

Take it all from Him.
