Resurrection Sunday has happened, Jesus is Alive.
The disciples are still here, having had seen Jesus and had been able to talk to Him before He ascended.
They are waiting for the promised Holy Spirit and He arrives in power, and impacts these men in overwhelming ways.
They begin sharing, spreading, teaching and living out the promised Good News to their world around them.
How can we make this applicable to our lives?
How are we stepping out on this Monday following, knowing Jesus is risen?
Are we walking in that freedom?
Or are we turning to our mundane Monday?
Eternal life starts at salvation, and it starts with a simple relationship and foundation of who Jesus is, and how He loves, and who we are in Him.
What is eternal life?
Eternal life is everlasting life with God forever, starting now, when we trust and believe in Jesus as our savior.
It’s knowing that eternal life is not once we get to heaven.
It’s knowing that before God wants to do a work through us, He wants US.
A real, tangible relationship where we know Him, His voice and His nature. He wants us to be His son, His daughter.
He’s looking for a family, for children.
When we immerse into that intimacy with God, when we know in our hearts that we are loved perfectly, when we know who we are In Christ and understand we are spirit, soul and body, this knowledge transforms us, allowing His abundance to bubble over out of us. We then begin to have experiences with Jesus, real tangible knowings that we are His, perfectly known, held, and precious in His sight.
Eternal life is being loved.
Eternal life is hope and a future.
Eternal life is being a city on a hill, that cannot be hidden.
Eternal life is having every spiritual blessing in heavenly places, we only wait for our perfected bodies in heaven.
Eternal life is walking daily with Jesus, seeking Him.
Eternal life is looking for and going after the heart of the Father.
Eternal life is walking in divine healing.
Eternal life is taking a step, into the direction of Jesus. Knowing that your step of Faith will be met with the Holy Spirit who will guide you and lead you the way only He knows how to do.
Will you keep stepping with me?
Will you choose to step in?
Peter couldn’t walk on the water until he decided to step out of the boat.
The Red Sea didn’t part until Moses stretched out his hand over it.
David couldn’t kill Goliath standing on the sidelines.
What’s God calling you to?
He has already equipped you with exactly what you need to accomplish that very thing.
Lean into Him, hear Him, and watch His abundance unfold, as you step in.
