I was listening to a message from Javon Ruff, and my spirit lept inside. This is what God taught me through his message…

And He said to them, “Follow Me [as My disciples, accepting Me as your Master and Teacher and walking the same path of life that I walk], and I will make you fishers of men.” – Matthew 4:19 AMP (emphasis mine)

I follow, He makes.

I read His Word, and learn His ways, and seek Him and He is responsible for the growth.

“So neither is the one who plants nor the one who waters anything, but [only] God who causes the growth.” 1 Corinthians 3:7

I use the spiritual weapons that I have from Him, that are not carnal, but mighty through GOD, and I stand.

Each new seed that is planted in my heart, the fertile ground that it is becoming, is watered with praise.

I thank God for revelation knowledge, that the eyes of my heart are enlightened as I understand more and more, I thank Him that my spiritual eyes and ears are opened and the veil continues to be removed from all the years of religion and doctrines of man…

I know that He hears me, that He loves me perfectly, that He’s ready to move me into what He has next for me..

And He makes.

I merge my will to His, becoming a living sacrifice, seeing that He loves me more and has more for me than I could ever ask, think or imagine.

I allow my mind to become one with His mind, allowing myself to see that I was wrong about Him, receiving that I have the ability to think like God thinks, as I take wrong thoughts captive and He teaches me how to sort them.

My heart becomes united with His, loving like He does, receiving love from God like He did.

I stay surrendered, teachable, moldable, willing to be refined…

But He does the making.
