Who is Jesus Christ the Nazarene?

Jesus is the Son of God.

Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World.

He was with God in the beginning, the Bible tells us He was the Word, and the Word was God, and the Word was with God, and that Jesus made all things. (John 1, Colossians 1:15-16).

He’s been here since day one.

He came to us in the flesh, Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God.

He came to demonstrate the heart of God, to show us the Father, and to fulfill everything that we could not fill, all for the goal to reunite us to the Father, to Himself, in forever communion that cannot be disrupted or taken away.

I believe that the price Jesus paid on the cross, paid it all.

I believe that the atonement of Jesus was complete, lacking no thing. He paid the price for all past, present and future sin of all humanity, He paid for mental anguish, He took on the effects of sickness and disease, and He settled the cost of death, ensuring that we will live and not die.

Everything about the gospel ties to Jesus.

Jesus came to rebuild, restore, re-establish, and reform your life with God.

He is your deliverer, your LORD.

Jesus was a friend to the sinner.

Jesus was patient with the religious.

Jesus said yes to all needs. He was never too tired, too taxed, too overwhelmed. The scripture never tells of a time that He turned someone away with a need.

Jesus came, and died, rose from the dead and now sits at the right had of the Father, and intercedes for you, on your behalf. He gets it, He’s been where you are, and He is FOR you.

His ascension to heaven led to the all encompassing, ground shaking arrival of The Comforter, the Holy Spirit, who showed up in fire to take what Jesus did, and help you apply His perfect and final sacrifice to all areas of your life, by ‘gracing’ you, equipping you, empowering you, establishing you, and reminding you of your purpose and part in His plan, to go ye into all the world, and tell them that it’s His will that EVERY man come to repentance…

This is Jesus Christ, the Nazarene.

He took the position of a lowly, perfect, sacrificial lamb, to seal the deal; all to rise in glory revealing the Lion of Judah He always was from the beginning.

All hail King Jesus. Worthy is Your Name.
